Policy Management System Project Manager

NOTE: This is a Sinai position with duty at Northwest Hospital

Summary:

The Policy Management System Project Manager reports to the Director of Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness and is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the policy management system and for facilitating multiple performance improvement projects related to policies, procedures, and compliance.

• Collaborates with organizational leaders, administrators, and policy owners, the Policy Management System Project Manager to support compliance with regulatory requirements by guiding the document control process.
• Conducts systematic reviews to ensure policies meet LBH guidelines.
• Identifies where compliance and/or operational opportunities for improvement exist in regard to policies.
• Works alongside of the LifeBridge Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness Team Members to provide support with on-site Regulatory Surveys and regulatory readiness activities as requested by the Accreditation Team.

Experience:

• 3-5 years

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Project Management Professional preferred
• Six Sigma Certification preferred

Pay Range: $36.58 to $54.87 Based On Experience
